You install the Now2Wallet WordPress plugin and paste your API key. On every FooEvents order, Now2Wallet automatically generates a signed Apple and Google Wallet pass and adds two buttons to the ticket email. One tap and the pass is in the wallet.
No. The Apple and Google certificates live centrally with Now2Wallet. You never set up an Apple Developer Program or a Google Wallet account, and you never manage keys.
Yes. Now2Wallet is built specifically for FooEvents tickets in WooCommerce shops. Checkout stays exactly the same — the plugin only hooks into the ticket confirmation.
Yes — and we are transparent about it: we sign and generate every pass on German servers and store no ticket data ourselves (stateless); a DPA is included. Apple passes are created on our server and then live on the guest's device. Adding a pass to Google Wallet inherently transmits pass data to Google (based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Apple and Google are named as recipients in our privacy policy — on the website itself: no Google Fonts, no trackers.
No. You upload our ready-made ticket theme and select it — the wallet buttons are already built in. If you want to keep your own theme, you add a single line of code. See the setup guide.
